Due to the more complex nature of international orders, we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges on our products or orders for customers outside of South Africa. However, in the case you would like to place a return or exchange, you can request a return or exchange and choose the following:
Option 1: Refund
Keep the product(s) and we will refund you the full amount.
Option 2: Gift Card
Keep the product(s) and we will provide you with a gift card credited to the value of the item(s).
Option 3: Replacements
Keep the product(s) and we will send you replacement item(s).
Returns and exchanges can only be requested on the following basis using the below criteria:
- The item(s) within the order confirmation are missing from your delivery.
- The item(s) received are incorrect and do not match the order confirmation.
- The item(s) received are damaged or defective (please read below for more information).
Please note:
- Returns and exchanges are only valid for 30 days after the order has been received. Any returns or exchanges requested after this period will be declined.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to use all sizing guides, materials and information to make an informed decision before purchasing.
- Please do not remove the product tag until you are satisfied with your item(s). Once the product tag has been removed, your item(s) will no longer be valid for a return or exchange.
How to log a return or exchange:
Step 1
Visit our Returns & Exchanges form.
Step 2
Complete all required fields within the form and submit.
Step 3
Wait for feedback from us within 24 hours of submission.
Please note:
All feedback will be sent from our official email address – info@maddogs.store. We may also require you to provide photographic evidence to support and successfully approve your request.
Damaged or defective products:
In the event that your order contains damaged or defective products, please use the following criteria to determine if you qualify for a return or exchange on these item(s):
- A hole or a break in the material.
- Contains a visible and permanent stain on the material.
- Contains loose stitching on critical areas.
- Missing features or trimmings such as buttons or zips.
- Contains damaged prints or embroidery.
